[SLIX Discuss] SLIX LAG move March 19, 3:00 AM

I am going to be moving the VLAN servicing SLIX and bridging all three datacenters, C7, XMission, and Level3 tomorrow morning at 3am. Since this is on a LAG, there should be no interruption.
