Turning down UTOPIA port

I'm turning down the UTOPIA port until they can resolve the loop, this affects: Veracity Communications Infowest UTOPIA Office SumoFiber 1-Wire Communications YipTel Senawave Mozy

More network loops on UTOPIA

The port to UTOPIA is once again being negatively affected by loops inside their network. All non-UTOPIA connected peers are fine on SLIX.

UTOPIA port fixed

UTOPIA has fixed their port into SLIX and I am seeing no packetloss to peers.

UTOPIA port still suffering from packet loss

The UTOPIA port is still showing packet loss. I'm pushing them to get this resolved today. They may also upgrade it to 10Gb.

UTOPIA peer outage

UTOPIA connected peers are currently down to SLIX as of 20 minutes ago. UTOPIA has been trying to fix a packet-loss issue.
